• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
• We will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags intact.
• Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the courier charges for returning the item to us unless the item was sent defective.
